FAR is a storytelling companion that brings the world to you through your own daily movement. This policy explains how we handle your data, keeping your privacy at the center of our design.Data We Access & WhyHealth & Activity Data: To calculate the distance you cover, FAR requests permission to read your device’s health data (e.g., Apple HealthKit). This data is used solely to generate your journey progress and unlock cultural milestones.No Location Tracking: FAR does not utilize GPS, real-time location tracking, or continuous geolocation logging. We do not track where you are.Data Local-First: Your movement history and activity data are processed locally on your device. We do not copy, export, or sync your raw activity data to our servers. Your journeys, step counts, and milestones remain on your device alone.No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not engage in tracking across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.Your Controls
You have complete control. You may revoke access to health data at any time via your device’s Privacy & Security settings. Deleting the app permanently removes all associated data from your device.2. FAR Terms of Service

All narrative content, map visualizations, journey milestones, and app UI are the exclusive intellectual property of Cyan Raccoon.4. Limitation of Liability
FAR is provided "as is." Cyan Raccoon is not liable for any physical or indirect damages resulting from your use of the application. Your physical activity is your own responsibility.5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Singapore.3. FAR End-User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Agreement
This EULA is between you and Cyan Raccoon only. Apple, Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for FAR.2. Scope of License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FAR on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.3. Maintenance and Support
Cyan Raccoon is solely responsible for all maintenance and support services for FAR. Apple has no obligation to provide support for this application.4. Warranty & Claims
Cyan Raccoon disclaims all warranties. Cyan Raccoon, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to your possession or use of FAR, including product liability or consumer protection claims.5. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
